Montana is an ICF-qualified executive coach and leadership trainer with an MBA from HKUST and over 20 years of people development experience in the luxury retail industry. 

Montana works with her clients to help them develop and advance their careers. She has a particular interest in helping people develop strong communication and presentation skills, leadership development and building effective teams. 

As a coach, Montana’s focus is to inspire her clients, empowering them to take charge of their development and become laser-focused on their goals. She works closely with her clients to understand their needs and adapts her approach accordingly. 

She has an impressive track record, having worked for Michael Kors, Lancome, DKNY and Tommy Hilfiger. Her clients also include Tory Burch, Fresh (LVMH Group) and Google. 

When she’s not working, Montana enjoys oil painting and will always take time out of her day to create. She currently splits her time between Shanghai and Hong Kong with her husband, a German designer. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
