Associate Executive Coach

Special interests - Strengths, Well-being, Mindfulness

Following a 20-year career in advertising and her own maternity leave, Rosie became a certified coach through The University of Cambridge. Her specialism is strengths-based coaching, helping people discover their motivations and develop resilience.

Whilst working in advertising she was responsible for the development and well-being of 110 employees which gave her a unique insight into the challenges we face in today’s working world. She brings this experience to her coaching, sharing insights and knowledge with her clients.

Her approach to coaching is collaborative, giving her clients time to think and a space where they feel heard and understood. Her clients include Depop, NHS England, King’s College London and Dare and she’s coached individuals from a broad range of sectors including finance, journalism, education, advertising and healthcare.

Rosie is based in Cambridge, where she lives with her husband and 4-year-old son. Outside of work, she spends her time enjoying nature, playing tennis and building LEGO with her son. She’s a lifelong learner, currently undertaking courses in mindfulness for health and coaching in a post-pandemic world.
