Being a good coach emerged at the top of the list suggesting that great managers don’t solve problems for people, they challenge and guide their team members, developing their resourcefulness and ability to think independently.
In this interactive workshop we will explore 3 of the core coaching skills you need to develop in order to coach your team members with confidence; building rapport, active listening and asking powerful questions. We also help you understand when to use coaching versus another approach.
