Sowing the seeds for ED&I

We’ve loved working with FLOWERBX to evolve their approach to Equality Diversity & Inclusion by creating this beautiful bunch of resources for their new starters.

The goals of this project were to:

🌷Educate new starters about ED&I and the FLOWERBX approach to this topic.
🌷Enable employees to apply the key concepts throughout their time at the company by providing practical tips and actions they can take.
🌷Engage employees with ED&I and inspire them to make it part of their ongoing professional development.

We created something that was completely bespoke to them and aligned with their company values and code of ethics. It included videos, links and questions to help them test and apply their knowledge. We focussed on the practical aspects of this topic, highlighting the impact that it will have on employees’ daily working lives, whilst including a list of 40 additional resources that they can use to further develop their knowledge. 

By incorporating ED&I into the new starter journey, FLOWERBX are sending a powerful message to their new starters about how important it is to them. They’re also making it clear that everyone can and should be contributing to creating an inclusive culture at the company.
